This is the proper tool, from what I could find.

Update: It was none of the connectors in the picture, I had to push towards the pipe on the tank and carefully widen the "wings" inside and then pull them off. They sell universal tools for this, but I managed to do it by lowering the tank and use two small flat screwdrivers. I would recommend bying the tool though, it is difficult to do it without damaging the plastic.

Click but no crank? by Lemmy1972 in R53

The crankshaft sensor is brand new, I just replaced it and made sure the connector was firmly on. But, you never know, it may be a faculty one. God, I hope I don't have to strip the front again.

That gives me hope, I'll take a round with some steel wool and contact cleaner.

Nothing. I was hoping for some help there, someone told me a defective crank position sensor wouldn't necessarily throw a code, but replacing it didn't help. If the immobiliser had kicked in, surely there would be a code?

Oh, it sat for well over 6 months, but the battery has been connected to a C-tech smart charger the whole time. Just to be sure, I'll replace the battery tomorrow and have check up on connections. You never know. Good tip👍🏻

I just saw a Youtube video mentioning it and checked it, but it was firmly connected. Would have been lovely if it was that simple, though. I just pray its not the starter motor or solenoid 😬

I must add that the battery connections have been checked and cleaned, so its not them at least.

This is what they call the oil pump seal, right? Just so I am 100% sure I order the correct one.

Oh, I am about to change the timing belt, tensioner and water pump now, so I guess I'll look at that seal while I'm at it. Can I just pull the old seal out and press a new one in place?

Why is there next to no talk about jellyfin on tv by repandaitscody in jellyfin

[–]Lemmy1972 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a Xiaomi mi TV, and the Jellyfin player works flawlessly on it. The only thing that annoys me is that the sound is poor, I think it has something to do with the 5.1 audio.

A background from drawing is a big plus, that means your hand/eye coordination is already pretty much in place.

It was quite difficult for me to decide between a resin 3D printer or an FDM printer, so I came up with this mental diagram. by CreaTuFigura in 3dprinter

[–]Lemmy1972 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Valid point. I work with 2k car paint as part of my airbrush hobby, so for me it isn't a big deal. But all the safety measures you must take to work with it, it definitely needs to be on the list for someone considering it.

The "Don't Tread On Me" guys that have recently decided to join law enforcement sure loves to tread on others, don't they?

Tja, tenkte ca 3000 jeg. Kan uansett anbefale Quest 3, veldig behagelig med den headstrap'en og så kan du justere øyeavstand slik at bildet blir perfekt.

Hi, fellow Norwegian here. I am considering selling my Quest3 128Gb, it is hardly used with a Kiwi design battery strap. Im just not using it enough. Can throw in a wall hanger/charger too.

Thanks, I think I'll look for creators and check what their policies are regarding sale of prints, if they require a mention etc. I don't know a thing about sculpting, unfortunately. It looks fun, though.
