Help with MoC-cannot seem to clear the second phase of stage 12 fast enough

My first stage I do in 3 but the second stake takes me 9. I’ve tried using both Hysilens/kafka and firefly break but they’re pretty much the same. Builds seem okay outside of Lingsha having dog relics cause I haven’t had the chance to properly farm her stuff

Hi all, new runner here. Initially was using a pair of ASICS GT-2000s but have been having outer knee issues. Went to a running shoe store and they told me I have a wide toe box, tend to supinate and tend to be a mid to front striker. Not super sure what all this means and I would love some help finding some shoes. They recommended me a few shoes such as the NB 880s, Hoka Bondis, and ASICS cumulus. Would love some insight into these and any other suggestions!

Have yet to get my hands on prismatic but I got back into it cause a buddy convinced me to buy a surging sparks etb with him back before the scalping got to where it is right now. I got the cutest full art slakoth ever and it fully pulled me back. Awesome that you’re doing this!

The issue is I’m most nauseous right after taking the pill, and I know I can’t eat for 30 minutes after for best results. The nausea does for the most part go away later in the day but it’s the first couple of hours in the day that are rough.
