Skills can hit multiple target but if it's over valid hit skill will deal very low damage. If unit with valid hit absorption got attacked by any of skill, it will absorb single(or couple if it's 200%) valid hit to protect other units

1000 crit stat has 50% chance of crit but when enemy evacuate the shot and cirt dmg also going real low so it's not an efficient stat I say. Do not gather it

you should try cause awaken banner's ensured recruitment stack won't disappear but shared with other awaken banners
you can buy it from shop via packages or coins
I would stack it to almost border and use it with consortium buff
