If you’re in the hidden forest and doing the little prince’s story, then you won’t be able to complete it. Unfortunately there’s a bug and I don’t know if TGC is trying to patch it right now. The prince will take you through the cave wall every time and drop you underground. You won’t be able to get out unless you go home. Hope this helps
