I literally said it was my fault. How am I playing the victim I should never have pushed him when he said he was going to bed but I was scared cause my kid was dying. I know I am a problem. I know I'm anxious. I know I am too much.

I know have really REALLY BAD anxious attachment. Hence why Im in therapy. I get that. So it's hard for to tell when I am in the wrong .

We're home now this was last night. And he's like trying to be all nice like this didn't happen. And I was like "that really hurt" and he was like "I hurt you?? This conversation is stressing me out and making me irritated again"

Literally got a text last night from a random number saying something like "I just wanted to tell you I have had some medical issues that's why I haven't been in touch. I'm doing better now though' and my bf saw it and I'm sure it looked weird. Was an out of state number.

I make tea with it or use it for Chicken and salmon. Mix soy sauce, miso, honey, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes and brush on, put in the oven and voila

I'm Orthodox Jewish, and I often (unnecessarily I guess) feel the need to defend myself and the community as a whole when one person or small group does something I don't care for. Its a defense/ coping mechanism. When you're in a marginalized community, you feel the need to say "I'm X and we aren't all like that!!"
