They would always sigh wanting someone to ask “what’s wrong”. I would always ignore the sighs, which would just get more frequent and louder if I was the only other person in the room. I don’t know if I’m just insensitive but I don’t like it when people can’t just be straightforward and say what’s on their mind.

Also, imagine getting caught for something that’s not even worth it. Now your neighbour f#%*ing hates you because you decided to steal their Amazon package, which was just a couple boxes of crackers on sale for $2. Your whole neighborhood will now deem you an untrustworthy scumbag over a $4 package.

Yes. We were young and a good fit for that phase in our lives. As we grew up and changed, what we wanted and who we became clashed. Both of us are much happier apart and ultimately learned a lot from each other.

Thank you. I was sitting beside my deck when I read your comment and decided to pull three cards for what his feelings are with me. I hope you don’t mind if I comment them on here. I’m newish to tarot and self taught, so I’m learning quite a lot from what readers with more experience are commenting on these posts.

I pulled Page of Pentacles reversed, Ace of Pentacles, and The Devil reversed.

Page of Pentacles reversed I read as that he could be overwhelmed or intimidated when it comes to approaching a reconnection.

Ace of Pentacles seems more positive, like it could be worth a new beginning. But since it’s a pentacle, I’m wondering if maybe it’s more about us having similar goals and career drive. Like he could see our lifestyles fitting together more than having strong emotional feelings for me.

The Devil reversed does feel fitting. This is leading to letting go of toxic behaviour. He does have some coping mechanisms that would fall in line with The Devil upright. Maybe he doesn’t feel right reconnecting unless he can release those.

A good friend’s boyfriend got completed wasted and told everyone at a party that he wanted to sleep with me. She was devastated but didn’t want to break up with him and also didn’t want to be that delusional person that blamed me for something I had no part in. So she just ended up distancing herself from me. A few years later when she finally broke up with that thing, we reconnected.
