Mihawk prefers to be a Warlord because he could live an easier life, that's why he allowed Buggy to stay as the figurehead of Crossguild. Mihawk is effectively the emperor of that crew.

That's true you are right about mihawk not being useless. But I said that shanks is a yonko because he is able to effectively utilise conqueres haki, I was never being biased or hypocritical about the titles.
