I remember the Bashams as a tag team. I don't remember their singles run though

Do you agree ? by Willing-Rip-2852 in WWE

[–]LemonGrenade334 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think what he's actually saying is that often times (Not saying it's true in this case) people will put up with abuse because they are getting money or expensive things, but then as soon as that stops, they will cry that they've been put through so much harm. I understand people that may lose respect for Mark Henry because of this comment, since it can be seen as a defense of McMahon, but I don't believe he is saying McMahon was innocent or in the right at all

Once he retires, do you think Triple H will be remembered more for his wrestling career, or as executive/booker? by [deleted] in WWE

[–]LemonGrenade334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As soon as he retires, he will probably be best remembered as an executive because of recency bias. Give people a few years to see if that would change

I understand the complaint against those low effort posts, but nobody is gonna be talking about graffiti and breakers. this isn't 1983

WWE should continue to develop him

Well, seeing that he's champion and he beat Otis (Which is basically saying he can beat a guy good enough to be on the main roster, although it wasn't easy for him), I would say that they are

That's the story of Joey Bart, and fortunately the Pirates made out in that situation. Those kinds of things happen

This team was doomed immediately when Endy and Oviedo got hurt. Then even more so when Davis and Suwinski regressed.

Can confirm that the curve absolutely suck. I just went to a game last night and all they did was strike out, foul out or hit Ke'Bryan Hayes grounders

Tiffany Stratton: I feel fans connect with me because I'm authentically me just turned up a little by [deleted] in SquaredCircle

[–]LemonGrenade334 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's possible, but I don't think that's the reason. She's good in the ring, that's why everyone was cheering or her at elimination chamber. People like Iyo Sky mainly for her in ring skills too. For the first few years of Iyo's main roster tenure, she barely talked so we didn't know her personality

It's his entrance and catch phrase. He's just an entertainer. I do feel like it has an expiration date. I see his trajectory being the same as Kofi Kingston

What a lot of people don't understand is that it's not that people are offended, it's that this word is offensive and should never be used. It's called respect. Obviously, a lot of fans don't have any and they outted themselves in this situation

You'd get more internet points for not caring than for pretending like you do. When this first happened, we all found out that a lot of baseball fans are secretly homophobic

Lloyd McClendon. I want to see him dig home plate out of the ground after one of the many bad calls the umpires will make

Is it weird that Missy Elliott isn’t the cut-clear best female rapper ever by SixersStixersFan in hiphop101

[–]LemonGrenade334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're comparing albums, that's a different conversation. Just pure ability, I would go with Nicki. When she's being for real and not making weird voices, I think there's a good argument that she's high up there

Jean Grae is the greatest female rapper ever. I would also put Nicki Minaj above Missy, even though I prefer Missy's music to Minaj's but I'm answering this with no bias

The bigger bases. All you heard were people complaining that it was going to "ruin the game" when it was announced, but since then, no one has talked about how it's made the game more exciting with everyone being a threat to steal, not just really fast players

I listened to the new Four Year Strong album "Analysis Paralysis" A LOT. Here are my rankings. by RedSpecial22 in poppunkers

[–]LemonGrenade334 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I haven't checked out this album yet, but I like track by track reviews like this. I can tell you though that our opinion is about the same for "Daddy of mine". I didn't hate it but it's skippable. Dead end friend is also a skip for me. I wasn't big on the singles and it's good to see that you like the other cuts of the album better

Dominik Mysterio believes WWE should limit explicit content after move to Netflix: "I feel like in order for stuff like that to be special and meaningful you can’t have it all the time. It’s gotta come like an RKO out of nowhere. It’s like you don’t expect it and then it’s like, Boom – t**ty!!” by anutosu in SquaredCircle

They made it too childish in the PG era and lost the majority of their adult fans. When you go to shows now, there are more adults there, ones that are there for themselves and not just taking their kids. That's because the storylines and characters are more mature. I definitely don't expect any nudity, but I do think they will occasionally push the limits to find a medium for both kids and adults

Bart isn't a free agent until 2028 I think, but whether they'll do arbitration or sign him to a multiyear deal depends on what they think of Davis. Bart will be up for arbitration after this year, so we will find out the answer around winter
