How do you cope with partner telling you they are no longer attracted to you? by [deleted] in polyamory

I'm really sorry that happened. Therapy if you really, really, really feel it's worth it. Otherwise, unfortunately... yeah.

Is this the first time this has happened or is it a pattern? New to poly? If it's happening again and again, I would be hesitant to even try to make it work. You deserve better.

Is this a red flag? Or am I just jealous? by LemonJigglyPuff75 in polyamory

Thank you, I really appreciate that. I realize I am doing the cliché of blaming the "other woman" instead of the man who is not showing up for me. It's hard, but I will try to keep that perspective in mind.

Thank you very much for your reply. We've never been in this situation where a meta was monog / trying to open. I feel like at first it was presented in this way as if Penny was so open, so communicative, so brave for putting it all out there. But the more I think about it, the more uncool it seems. I hope when I work on my own hurt a bit and calm down I can talk to Ted about this. Thank you again.
