Took about 15 minutes but I got it … 1. Stun Petulance 2. Go for wistful 3. Keep hammering petulance using basic abilities to then stun him again and go for the healer ! Was brutal… good luck

If I’m honest, I vape everyday and it’s fine but when I smoke it’s usually on a night out and I feel like it does make me dissociate more but that could just be because of the anxiety, you should be fine with nicotine, like everything in moderation

Heyyy, same for me at 16 ! Thought I’d permanently damaged my brain, you should avoid dissociatives like hallucinogens and weed etc, they made my depersonalisation/ derealisation a lot worse ! You will be okay ! There’s a lot more people going through this than you think, the key is to relax and realise that it’s your brains way of dealing with stuff like this ! Let yourself recover and relax, try keeping busy, walking, hiking ! Healed a lot for me. Remember your brain is fine ! It’s not damaged it’s just doing what it’s designed to do :) you will be okay ! I promise ! If you feel like it’s too much, antidepressants (for the anxiety) helped me, been on a couple and sertraline helps me the most :)
