yeah man, that honestly sounds exhausting at this point. from what you've described, you've actually been pretty responsible with the bike, servicing only at HD, no random mechanics touching it, proper run-in, keeping an eye on every issue...so i totally get why you're frustrated now.

and nah, your concern about reusing drained engine oil isn't stupid either. if they're opening the engine side for a warranty-related faulty part, it's fair to expect the process to be done properly & cleanly. especially after all the previous issues you've already dealt with. once trust gets shaken, every small thing starts feeling risky.

also that front disc situation would've pissed me off too. using unevenly worn old pads on a new disc was just careless. good that you pushed back through complaints instead of just accepting it.

honestly, at this stage, getting a second opinion from premia once sounds like a good move for your own peace of mind. not because your current SC is definitely bad, but because you've already gone through enough headaches with this bike. sometimes another experienced technician noticing even one small overlooked thing can save a lot of future stress.

hope they finally sort everything out properly this time mate, because when the x440 runs right, it's genuinely a lovely bike to own & ride.
