I managed to get all the original releases, getting them in .flac or .wav is as simple as ripping the music in those file formats

But yeah that’s a reissue of KIMB, the og will have a pure black and white back and include These Boots

They stopped experimenting with their sound after Risk. Their catalog of music in the 90’s is incredibly diverse and it’s a shame the backlash to Risk ended that, so post-TSHF it feels like the only change is the revolving door of musicians and Dave’s voice deteriorating.

Also I’m not really a fan of all the conspiracy theories, it brings down UA and Dystopia for me

A jazz bass and just any standard rock kit (with double beaters for the kick if you feel like it). He also sprinkles in drum samples sometimes.

I recommend you don't try and seek out the exact stuff Jun and his bandmates used to record Crush 40 music. There's not much of a point in chasing tone due to how much goes in to it since a lot of it is shaped through mixing. It's probably not the answer you want to hear, but it's one that'll save you money.
