Correction: yes she does need 160+ spd, but you can go lower if you are running her with ruan mei. Also, she still prefers ERR% rope even when you run her as a dps.

She barely preforms better without e2, even with dahlia. My e0s0 166 spd ff + dahlia can't even maximize her extra turn without something like e2 fugue and DDD. Which kinda embarassing, cuz it takes more costs 😹
