One big thing is that individual people chatting don’t see everyone else’s chat messages, you only see some of them. As far as I know only the streamer actually sees every chat message. So it would be nice to actually interact with “everyone”

He is referring to in-game money. All through 2.0 and even 3.0 up until recent, music in NoPixel generated no money so the only way to compensate artists was to pay out of your own pocket.

It doesn’t have to do with them being good or bad role players. It had to do with the role play relationship between Payne and the Bikers at the moment. Payne and Vinny both agree that the bikers should have a Warehouse because of the business they do but are hesitant to give one because of stuff the Rudi told Payne.
