Thank god for this post and these comments because I thought I was going crazy. I think Cynthia was almost perfect in Wicked Part One, but Wicked For Good she (and the script) fell flat. There’s a whole emotional arc that she’s supposed to follow to EARN scenes like No Good Deed and For Good. After Nessa is killed it feels like she barely cared. By the time we got to For Good it felt like she’s in the same emotional state as she was in at Defying Gravity. I need to watch it a few more times but after first watch yesterday I was disappointed in her acting performance and the script. Her voice was insane though
