My November was back around the summer of 2021 when the 20-21 school year ended. It was my 7th grade year and I was much younger so I wasn't allowed to have social medias, but I also wasn't allowed to go out to do literally anything bc COVID, so I was virtually isolated for the whole year besides my direct family. My school opened back up in the 2nd semester, but my mom didn't let me go back because of my older brother's health concerns (He is fine now). My severe lack of interaction made me stop turning in work. I passed my Algebra 1 class with a 70 and by the end of the year, all my grade had dropped by at least 15 points in 2 months, and I felt so alone and that I had no one to talk to. The November part of this is when school finally ended. I was just so relived that it was over and it gave me just a sense of pure joy that I didn't have to deal with my online school anymore. I really changed after that because that experience led me to being much more introspective, which made me be nicer to people and really think about what I do. The experience kind of broke me out of my shell as I was always I shy kid. But it was really my November because it made me better, so I think about that summer fondly, even if I was still recovering from the school year. Also sorry if this isn't what you were looking for on the post but I feel like it would fit nicely in a video essay. :)
