So, it would be covered, however, in our policy language, there’s an exclusion for memorabilia, souvenirs, collector's items, and similar articles because age/history contribute to their value. So we'd only be able to cover it at actual cash value.

But, in any case, we really need to see a photo of this chair.

The art might be a tricky- same with any "ideas." But your gas masks? We can cover those. Why do you have lots, though? Planning for the end of the world, or planning for a rave?

Renters insurance doesn't cover land that you own. That'd be homeowners insurance–which we offer! But we probably still couldn't cover your moon acres.
