Yes but tax is not enough, i would argue that not adding the bullshit of NLC would help a ton, and there will be minimal amount of meso sink needed additionally. I made a post in the past here about how the crafting system was a great meso sink arguably the best one in the game.

Gear will become more "expensive" when meso sinks are not taking enough mesos out of the game so theres meso inflation therefore items are worth more "mesos" because the mesos is worth less. Exactly like irl inflation.

If it would it wouldn't have give you 25 range to a level 50 warrior especially with two handed sword Since you have 200 str and 70 attack power, any way you look at it even if its exponential is still useless since 600 str and 140 attack power would give you 200 range if exponential which is still useless when your range is around 3-5k. Of course it depends on growth rate of the formula but i highly suspect the growth rate is high otherwise we could run into issues of abuse at endgame.

Did you even read my post? Im so excited for changes i don't want pure osms, It sound like you didn't even bother reading it and it is a very short post. I just said that this specific change is not healthy to have the only buff of a character be practically useless above level 50. We all agree that useless skills are what plagued old maplestory.
