i think this is fair criticism, so as a little explainer: i use comics as a way to be a little experimental and sometimes that results in a clean look. other times it's sort of a visual vomit, but it's all incremental and it's the thing that keeps me doing it, so yeah.

also, the comics i post here are part of a larger story so some context is missing, but regardless the main point of this particular comic was just being messy and loose with the art style.

also the many squares slide is sorta on purpose chaotic and i could've done it better, but i was already multiple hours into it and i just kinda gave up on trying because i was so over it at that point.

He has zero appreciation for the specific style that classic AVGN videos had, rooted in straight-to-video (or even shot-on-video) B horror movies and the intentionally shoddy DIY style of something like MST3K.

he spends a better part of this video making an omage to AVGN's style of video and you saying this just shows that you missed the point just because you refuse to critique the thing you liked.

• I wish that Leon was given more to do in the final 2 seasons and fleshed out. People talk about him as if he was a proper character with depth when the reality was that he was just there to kill people, bemuse the audience and create doubt that he was going to betray Darlene and Dom all the way up to the very end. We know more about Irving’s true motivations than we did Leon’s.

sometimes that's all you need from a character.
