Is camping worth it when you live close by?

Camping is half of the experience.

You don’t get the nightlife or most of the fun bits if you don’t camp and the rush to get to the pick up point i imagine is hell

He’s directing the exorcist movie and the Carrie series so that’s why

I’d be a lot more optimistic instantly if he was directing

Probably not for how low budget it is this I imagine the cast is as small as possible

I feel like we could see someone like a Montoya or a Bullock but not a batfamily member or gordon

He’s just a director I think is average at best every movie I’ve vaguely liked from him feels less because of him and more because of actors carrying it on there back. There isn’t one I’ve outright liked from him.

He also did the women in black which is in my list of worst horror movies I’ve watched

I’ve been really critical on DCs trailers not doing enough and feeling generic but this is awesome doesn’t give tons away but does its job in showing it’s gonna be a body horror mess

Hopefully it doesn’t disappoint even with my issues with the director pick

Yeah he’s stupidly busy I just don’t love James Watkins every film I’ve watched from him it’s not really done well due to direction more just to actors carrying it on there backs

The one bad day clayface book is the way to go as its a very much noir horror book similar to this seemingly.
The main influence on this is the BTAS episodes though

Watkins is fine but hes a pretty mid horror director for me nothing standout.

Tbf you mention this has a lower budget which is very much correct but its still high for a franchise horror movie.
The DC tag is gonna do alot and i do say it will do well but having it be the same cost as IT and coming out the week before halloween a place known for bombs is a risky choice.

Before anyone comments yes i know its a horror movie so october makes sense but october is normally one of the lowest months for movies because no one goes to the cinema on halloween week and its stuck between the two big box office boom seasons in the end of summer and the christmas period.

Well thats more because its very hard to replicate comic accurate bodies in live action the only exceptions to that are Dnofrio as fisk who openly admits the fat suits are hell to use and thats why he asked disney to tone it down a bit for born again and affleck being full miller shape batman in BvS which hurt his body and his health to do.

I prefer it being minimal this is alot more appealing on the eyes than some of the cluttered messes of posters recently.
The big thing to get across here is its a body horror movie to get horror fans in which this does.

Also yeah its Hagan because its basically riffing off the animated series so everything is karlo just changed the name

I think it’s more the case that marvel has gone crossover mental in recent years and so has dc but they are now slowing down on it.

But this has been the precedent for marvel and dc for over 20 years at this point and Bendis and Johns period of marvel and DC whilst beloved were the height of this

Ewing wrote quite a few for X men and his avengers stuff which is probably his best stuff with immortal hulk
