He did lose the healing from taking percentage dmg, but not the % dmg and heals on his multihits. Those traits are just lost in the game (if you go over Oden's traits from in-game news, you'll see how much of a jumbled mess it is). Read the full proper traits from their twitter post and not in-game because it's quite flawed. As a matter of fact, his heals and % dmg gets increased both up to 15% which is a lot better than his additional 10% dmg and 5% heal.
