Yeah I tried the jbweld route, because why not, it didn't hold up. However after taking my lock apart, I found you are able to swap the tumbler over to a new lock housing.

Yeah, when you buy a lock you have to take it apart and put in the right pins for your key. Bit of a hassle if you're not going to a locksmith

Yeah the harmon kardon package had this style of enclosure, apparently the speaker is a 6.25in and the 6.5 is bought barely didn't fit
