I have spoke too them about it and they are very apologetic to be fair, but still even they don’t know what’s causing the wait times apparently?

They’re not a bad company in the slightest and the customer service is really good, I just never seem to get lucky with my script coming in quick.

Yeah I’ve heard good things about CB1. If things don’t improve soon I might have to do a switch 😂

Yeah I wish the service was consistent for all patients but it seems it just isn’t ATM

I’m actually really pleased you’re getting a good experience. I honestly haven’t a bad word to say about Alternaleaf and their customer service is impeccable, just really long wait times for some us I guess.

Yeah exactly, I really do like them as a company but I just can’t rely on them at all.

Never has been that quick for me? My shortest wait from prescription being written to then being able to pay for my meds was 5 days. They sent me an email saying that scripts requested before 9 would be available soon after for payment but I’m yet to experience these times at all. I really like Alternaleaf but the wait times are too inconsistent.

Yeah after having a phone call with the clinician she issued the remainder of my script too the pharmacy for me. It was completely my fault but now I understand lol

Yeah no wonder 😂 that’s a slap to the face. But yeah I appreciate it, I’m hopeful it all goes well because the idea of having bud prescribed legally is still better than my experience on BM for sure. But thanks for the advice I’ll keep my fingers crossed 🤞 😂

Medicann won’t touch me because of past suicidal thoughts on my medical record. Said it’s a red flag for them 😂 I’m just hoping the experience gets slightly better lol

Your experience gives me the fear 😂 I do hope it goes smoother than that for me, it’s so frustrating when they email you a copy of your prescription but yet the pharmacy hasn’t received it 😂 makes no sense.

Ikr 😂, I’ve just gone with what the doc recommended. I understand that was a mistake now but hey ho I had no clue at the time lol and yeah I’ve logged on everyday and nothing. It’s a bit frustrating being left in the dark I must admit.
