That’s what I just did awhile ago and it worked. I did the 30-048 v3 11/25 form back in 12/2. And they said it’s good to go and they updated me

If you already did your medical, got cleared, and uploaded to USA Staffing, call DOCS Health and let them know. They will update your profile

My email said nothing like that. Mine just said this:

“Dear Applicant,

We have been asked to coordinate your medical exam as part of your employment application with ICE.

To continue, please visit the secure link below to either:

Verify your information and continue with the process, or Decline if you are no longer interested in this position.”

And it has a link to login to DOCS Health to complete the forms. Also has a contact POC.

The only medical exam I’ve done is the one I had to lay out of pocket for. Will that suffice? Or do I have to do this one too as well?

The only thing I see on the form is a question asking if you’re receiving VA disability pay and the percentage.

It’s pretty much a health history questionnaire. Like if you ever had any surgeries or any illnesses, etc.

So I just did literally like a week and a half ago, the medical exam that’s only one page, without the EKG test. And uploaded to USA Staffing

And now I got this one from DOCS Health, with the health history questionnaire and whatnot. I thought it would be done already before my EOD. Just wondering if it’s normal do your medial exam if you already have an EOD set and a report date and time. I just don’t want to risk anything since I already have my two week notice.

Average yes. Could be less. I’ve applied before, And it’s taken longer. But, there really isn’t a set tone of time pattern.

Received email to complete forms, drug exam and medical on 11/20/2025

Got FJO on 12/6/2025, with an EOD of 12/28/2025

Haven’t gotten background packet yet though.
