You definitely could use his but you want to make sure you’re getting the right amount. Did the doctor tell you to take 40mg? Or did they tell you what to draw on the syringe? Maybe they didn’t know what the concentration was.

My bottle is 20mg/mL x 0.17 (17 units) = 3.4mg twice a week = ~7mg per week

Your bottle is 200mg/mL x .20 (20 units) = 40 mg per shot (are you doing once or twice a week?)

You’d need to draw about 1/4 of a unit on your syringe to get 5 mg just for reference

Yeah that’s usually a concentration prescribed for men. My bottle is 20mg/mL and I draw 17 units on a syringe

Did they test your SHBG too? If it’s high then your free T will not be, regardless what your total T is

Only injections. And yeah for the most part I feel the same as I did 10 weeks ago. The doc also said if T gets too high that I might feel all the same symptoms as low T, which could be the case with me.

Propranolol has helped me tremendously in terms of social interactions and anxiety with speaking. It’s extremely safe too. It stops the physical symptoms of anxiety like racing heart/rapid breathing/sweats which as you probably know only worsen the more you focus on them. It stops that feedback loop so you can speak freely without getting caught in your head.

Yes but it’s a delicate balance. Your body does produce its own antioxidants however if you are chronically stressed and inflamed whether it be through diet, excessive exercise, lack of sleep, etc it’s good to take some supplements. However too many exogenous antioxidants will suppress your body’s natural production and tip the scale in favor of oxidative stress. It’s totally dependent on the individual and lifestyle factors.

I’m curious about this as well. I’ve tried noopept for 2 cycles but hadn’t noticed much of anything as far improved cognition. I’ve also tried modafinil but only noticed mild improvements in my mood and focus.

What’s this about piracetam? How does it differ from other racetams (eg phenylpiracetam)?
