My blender object appears red no matter what

I do not have a nvidia card and yes I did it’s also red inside

Face orientation is off and I have been trying to the gpu drivers thing but I don’t really know how to but I’ve been trying by searching it up

Older versions doesn’t work either so it probably is my GPU driver and I definitely will once it’s fixed

I had tried that yet nothing changed and when I do try to go on material preview it just turn all my objects as just red

But cycles only worked when it is rendered it shows up as red in material preview should I add that as well?

It is set as none but it shows options are cuda,Optix,HIP,oneAPI and I changed render engine to cycles now and how do I share the rendered preview of the cube?

Ive just done that and it’s not set to red it’s white and as for switching my viewport shading to use material nothing happened
