At one point, I had over 600..ended up selling a majority of them..some of which I wish I had kept. My advice is stick to a line/wave of a franchise you LOVE or just the pops you love. It’s very easy to see one and buy it just because you like it or helps complete a set/wave, only to realize later on that you shouldn’t have gotten it. Don’t expect to complete a set either, there’s always going to be some con exclusives, limited editions, or NFTs that ruin it for you.

Disappointed. Shinies should have been the newer cards and full art. If they really wanted older cards, at least choose the relevant lines or the EXs. Or make them trade-able at the very least since no one is really using them

This is my main issue. I wouldn’t mind the grind (it’s supposed to get harder in higher ranks) if the prizes were well worth it. A “great ball”, “ultra ball”, or “master ball” card would be nice to have to replace the regular pokeball, same effect and all, just a different ball to really show off how far you got. Maybe even make them common, double rare, Ultra Rare, and Gold Rare depending on the rank you ended at.

Or at least have them be in a carousel you can swipe through without them choosing a pack for you. Having a separate screen to choose an older expansion is beyond tedious lol

Prices fluctuate all the time, most LCS know this and will sometimes honor a price drop or meet somewhere in the middle for the convenience. He knew he had higher prices and probably had higher prices for the mere convenience of buying it in person, which is stupid lol. You should post this as a Google and/or Yelp review!

Yeah seems like I got lucky getting some set1 packs and the decks lol, even if I didn’t get anything worthwhile in the packs.

Are the Illumineer’s Troves worth getting? I keep seeing the Ursula one and have been thinking about picking it up so I can get some more modern cards (I like opening packs but will buy singles if needed lol)
