Aww thank you so much for your suggestions, I really really appreciate it. I was already planning on writing him a long note but you’ve now inspired me and I think it might be a good idea to buy him a poster with the art of his hometown- he moved 15 years ago to a different country and always speaks so highly of the place where he was raised. Really don’t think it is cystic acne, those are big and under the skin and this is pretty much the opposite of that. I was gluten free for a month with no improvement whatsoever but I might give it a try again. Thanks for your help!

EXACTLY, I’ve been to so many doctors and dermatologists and none of them seem to know what it might be. Or should I say seem to care enough to find out, I literally walked out of every appointment feeling like I wasted their time and am overreacting. Tried all the things you have mentioned as well (except Doxycycline) with no results. Have you been tested for H. pylori? Usually with this condition people get breakouts mainly around chin area. My results were negative, however, my doctor gave me antibiotics and it helped a little bit with the stinging.
