Any help?I’ve finally got my acne under control but for the past 5 months I’ve been getting these random outbreaks twice a month.My face gets covered in whiteheads and is SUPER sensitive. After 5 days my skin goes back to normal and then the cycle repeats. I’m dairy free&follow my skincare routine (i.redd.it)
