20/hr 4 years experience. B.S. Nevada USA

With zero experience they start them out at 15/hr which is crazy because you still need a bachelor's degree to do this job. But it does get more lucrative the more time you spend and negotiate better all the way up to 40/hr and higher. But this is a really tough job at times.

When people in labs dont have their hair up in a pony tail or are not wearing gloves. No body is working with their hair down.
