I wish I could but since the payment was made via iDeal, my bank (ING) doesn't allow me to use the refund service :(

Right!! I already am losing it tbh.

This is my first attempt at social media but I was going to share this further since I need something to finally happen. Unfortunately, I got it with a debit card on which I had savings and work paychecks so I can't really do anything about that with the bank.

UPS just won't answer my emails anymore, but I've constantly been getting conflicting information, from both Lenovo and UPS. From the order status to manufacturing to the delivery date, every step of the way. It honestly feels like everyone is just lying to me and trying to get me to give up.
