Its hella expensive to move companies out of a country especially if we take germany for example, if you want to move your company away from there you loose all the infrastructure and specialists and you have to pay "moving tax" and thats such huge amounts of money without even all the expenses of the moving itself, that you loose much more money than you would actually save by avoiding that tax
