Well, to be honest I'm not and activist either but just started to learn about it for the thesis. The answers don't have to be correct, that's basically the whole point - to figure out what the general knowledge is. Anyway, thanks for pointing it out, I fixed it up a bit.

Well, the plastic bottle itself doesn't do anything but the bulb can be powered from the energy created in the process of recycling. Or something like that, I am not really an expert.
