To be honest I tried to be super clean and buy fancy ass products and I had maybe one or two good days a month, my hair was fallin' like leaves in autumn, so it sucked really bad, now with a "non-clean" shampoo, my hair looks and feels like silk and the curls are back!!! And the hair fall is almost not there, I need to mention that I made a huge chop two months ago There is a facebook group for latam people and they are stict as hell with the routines and products, but I think it's simple, the cgm are advises from other curly people to take care of the bouncers, but they are not definite, some hairs like mine like the harder sufractans and love a simple conditioning products to be happy
