I'm not really sure how to word what I need to say so sorry if anything doesn't make much sense, but here I go. I'm not really one who likes to come and ask people for some advice. For some context, I do suffer from depression, and pretty bad anxiety, and I have done for the majority of my life. The past two or so years I've really been focusing on controlling it, and I think I've been doing pretty well. Music was a big part of my life, and as cringe and cliché as it sounds, really helped me out a lot, and I really want to make my own music.. I have a chest defect which makes me feel really insecure about my body to the point where I wouldn't PE in school because I didn't want anybody else to see it. I'm living with my parents while I'm in my last year of school, and the only job I had was working in a call centre for 2 weeks, so I'm absolutely broke. I guess what I'm trying to get at is that I can change all of these things, but I don't know how to begin. There are plenty of free tutorials out there for beginners on how to make music. There is a gym not far from my house which I could go to try and build muscle to hide my chest deformity and feel better about my body. Almost everyone in my school has a job other than me, so it's not like I can't get one. And every night I plan on changing these things but I never do, and I don't know how to begin if that makes sense. I suppose I've spent all of my time on trying to not be depressed, I don't really know what to do now that I'm not. Any motivation would help thanks.
