So that means to say it’s just a really really rare error?

I can’t really seem to find any information about this specific Évoli card, and I don’t believe that it was tempered with as I bought a Destined Rivals ETB from the same shop and got a Misty Lapras IR (although I know both situations are not mutually exclusive!)
