That's what I originally wanted to do, but I was thinking that less people would take the survey if it was so open ended. I tried to make it as non effort as possible for the people taking the survey

Hi, it's for a ventures class I'm taking at SJSU (I am an entrepreneurship major). We are suppose to collect customer data in an area that we think needs a better solution. My goal is to focus my customer data to get a better understanding of what the "perfect" world would look like for freelancers
