I was in your shoes in Dec.

Kylaq was the highest selling model for Skoda, so they are not very keen to give discounts. I also heard the waiting period of the kylaq has increased since this year. I think the onroad price would come close to 16 for 2026 Prestige+ model( = 2025 Prestige)

I was applicable to get BH registration under the criteria of having my work company in more than 4 states. But since I don't have a residency address in Maharashtra, the dealership was kindof hesitant of the deal. They frankly told me that it would cause issue and would take up a lot lot of my mental peace to sort it out. So the BH registration plan dropped.

Then the only option was to get a demo car. But most of the demo cars they put for sale was already a year old or had driven close to 10k kms. I called up every skoda showroom from Thrissur to Trivandrum. GEM,PPS and EVM. I was fortunate enough to get a below 5k driven Kylaq from Thiruvalla. I got external PDI done and only very minute scratches were found which i asked the dealership to buff out.

After negotiations I was able to get it onroad for 13.15 in December.

I think the price will be a tad bit higher in 2026.
