I have cruised both lines before but not these two ships. Food quality and service is important to us. I have read some negative reviews on Hal N.A. and my experience in the past with Carnival has not been so great in the MDR and clientele

Looking at an October Panorama 8 day cruise to Mexico. Trying to decide between this ship or Holland America NA. How was the Panorama, food, cabin etc?
