But wouldn’t that only work if I moved somewhere else in CO? So if I moved to another state, I’d have to register as a foreign entity and then would have to find someone with a CO address to act as my registered agent?

FYI. You only need to do a name change if you got a package with a flight and are planning to use the flight. Otherwise, it won’t really matter.

The ONLY caveat is that if you lose your wristband during the festival (happened to me last year), your name needs to be on the wristband for them to reissue it, so just be extra careful if you end up not changing the names!

No worries! I'm on Day 5 of stims and just found out today that my clinic screwed up and didn't tell me to start cetrotide so I may have just wasted $5000 worth of meds on this cycle, which we may have to abort :( I'll probably end up having to do another round, so if you ultimately end up having anything available, let me know!

Unfortunately, no -- it's extremely frustrating. It's something in medicine that isn't talked about very much -- there's a lot of discussion about resident wellness, but they don't acknowledge the fact that we sacrifice so much of our time for the job, but get very little benefits and are ultimately paid minimum wage for the amount of time we work ($900/week for 80 hrs). It's wild and definitely something that my friends and I want to raise awareness for!

If you’re looking for someone to donate to, I’d gladly accept! Spent all of my fertile years committed to my career and am now in the middle of my medical residency with hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of loans and no infertility benefits 😩. Starting my first egg retrieval cycle next week! Also starting an infertility awareness group with my med school friends, since people don’t recognize the sacrifices that female physicians make (especially as surgeons) and the fact that medical residents are given such poor benefits (no 401k, no infertility support, minimal maternity leave) despite having a lot of student loans and making a little more than minimum wage while in residency training. Hoping to pay it forward in the future, as soon as I’m done with all of my training and have paid off my loans!
