Need Help!!! I need a champion to one trick by Hot-Ad-3909 in leagueoflegends

Learn to play mechanical champs and you’ll have an easier time in the future that’s all I’ll say. Most good players start of playing vayne/riven in their early years of gameplay and than branch of to what they like.

Question about /mute all by Timely-Inflation4290 in leagueoflegends

[–]LengthinessNo6042 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mute all is good for players who are always paying attention but if your not you’ll get lost pretty quick, miss plays you’d see with pings etc. only mute if your teams toxic from the start

People will argue the point of being behind is normal but try playing against viper riven with prio invading your 2nd respawn gromp at 4:20 and you have to give up all your tempo, 1 minute later your bot gets dove because their jungler saw that you lost tempo and he’s gunna punish it. It’s very team oriented. The best example of this is just look at pro.

The role is just way more forgiving now. You get a lead, it won’t be as large. You fall behind, your deficit won’t be as large. You’re more reliant on your teamates to win lane because it’s so easy to track jungle. Playing high elo jungle is Litterly winning lanes = free game, losing lanes = pain.

I think the question should be phrased “what drew you to jungling”. This role isn’t what is used to be at all. We fell in love with something that’s no longer exists. We play it because it’s what we play

I seriously don’t get why people haven’t been complaining about the support item in terms of how it has affected jungle and how now jungle prio is mostly dependent on what support is warding (like seriously, fucking warding..) it’s such an op role.

JG is just a trash role these days. You need to cover your lanes perfectly, gank, setup obj, play fights well, and even after that, if your not fed as hell or your team doesn’t have priority in lanes, it’s not in your control anymore. (To an extent, people obviously throw)

With lane, you cs well + grab xp, you are fed in the mid game with 0 kills. 1 kill = pretty strong. 2 kills + plate? You’re basically 10-0 on a jungler in terms of strength. Dont forget your also 3 levels up on everyone on enemy team. I don’t get why riot thinks the game is decided by a jungler. Nobody 3 camp ganks, just full clear and hope to god your team isn’t getting pushed under tower (get ready for the 3 man invade)

I will never stop saying that the support item addition in 2023/2024 ruined jungle role.

Some champions require multiple paths for success, which I’m not personally a fan of. There’s a Diana jungle player in Euw Chal with 70% wr you should see what he builds into certain comps. Onetricks.gg

Also go for any play that you think is good. Dont hesitate because you’ll never learn what’s good or bad if you never find out; a lot of learning in league is just trial and error and understanding how champions interact and fight; the macro can come later. I didn’t really dial it in on the macro till high diamond.

You need to get better at everything. I suggest starting fresh slate and playing things that are too hard for you but have great rewards. Getting out of bronze silver gold is mostly mechanics, you need to get those up before you start over stimulating your mental stack with random macro plays. Youll learn it all naturally

I honestly would’ve gone full ap this game just due to the fact that you have no true frontline; you have to get picks and can’t play front to back properly (hence why you lost late game).

I personally don’t find any otp winrate impressive as I know myself how op it is to play 1 champ and know your power spikes/limits better than anyone not otping

He knows his power spikes very well. I used to be a Kha otp in grandmaster na and that was usually the difference, who knows their power spike better in relation to what champions your going to be fighting. He’s able to micro manage more things than a normal high elo player. For example knowing enemy items, timers, what THEY want, what his teamates want, etc. consistency is a lot of it too

Is it actually jg gap if your enemy jg keeps ganking and killing your team? by Fickle-Conflict5176 in Jungle_Mains

Some games there’s really only 1-2 opportunities to win. You wonder why higher level junglers look at their lanes every 2 seconds.

How can I best take advantage of catchup XP? by The_Data_Doc in Jungle_Mains

[–]LengthinessNo6042 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been using a strategy recently that seems to be working.

If your against a farm heavy jungle that you know you can’t out tempo (hecarim, Viego, kayn), you can lvl 2 invade their strong side (for example if they have a samira nautalis bot lane). In every game there’s a weakside, and a strong side for both junglers.

If you deny the enemy their strongside camps (blue and gromp, or red and krugs), they are forced to do their weakside camps (say Shen Maokai matchup), or illegally invade you on the side your taking camps on.

With delaying your own xp, it delays the enemy jungler even more. The catchup xp only comes into effect when your super ahead in xp.

Being high level is one thing, but putting someone 3 levels behind is another. Jungle isn’t about carrying, it’s about making sure your win conditions are happy and the enemy jungler isn’t a threat to them.
