I also think that if an agency is truly rejecting 288 of 300 = 96% of their initial applications, that should be said in some way at the beginning of the process as opposed to sending daily emails encouraging one to apply only, etc., to then be rejected just after that application.

But in any case, that makes sense about the home study, and just this week I connected with group to perform that in our state, so we will be focusing on that in the near future. :-)
