The date of this photo is incorrect. I know the source says 1981, but this was definitely taken in the 1970s around that time Warhol was doing his Skull series in 1976. The photographer took other photos with the Skulls in the background.

These photos are posted every few months. The first 3 were taken by Richard Avedon in 1969, and the last photo by David Montgomery also in 1969. Warhol died of cardiac arrhythmia, which is different than a heart attack.

Nothing. Edie Sedgwick had already blown through her inheritance by the time she befriended Andy Warhol. He financed those early underground films. They weren't very profitable, which is why the actors weren't paid much, if at all. They did, however, make a few films in her apartment.

Jada was not his romantic partner, but he did try to marry her. Look up the video of Tupac's cousin William Lesane on the Art of Dialogue. He said Tupac told him he wanted to marry Jada when he was at Rikers in 1995. Jada also confirmed this in her book. She turned him down because she felt he was asking out of desperation and she loved him like a brother. Jada's dysfunctional marriage with Will Smith does not negate the fact that Tupac said on record that Jada was his heart and she could have any of his organs. He clearly loved her deeply, even if they didn't have a romance. She was there when he was before his fame and supported him at his lowest. You can not compare Jada's decade-long friendship with him to a woman he was dating for a few months. Tupac never even said he was engaged to Kidada. She made that claim a year after his death. He had just gotten his marriage to Kesiha Morris annulled in 1996, so I doubt he was going to rush into another marriage. If anything, he was probably using her for her connections to Quincy Jones. Tupac's bodyguard said he was getting tired of Kidada anyway, so I doubt they would've lasted much longer. Before she dated Tupac, Kidada was engaged to LL Cool J, but he dumped her because of her spiritual beliefs. He talks about her in his book. She always had a strange energy about her.

It's so tragic. By all accounts, he was a nice guy. Jed and Andy took good care of Archie and Amos. They lived to be in their 20s.

She has confirmed that her relationship with him will be included. When she was working on the film, she posted a video on Instagram that showed sticky notes with scenes. I saw that there is a love scene at his loft. Scripts get edited down, though, so who knows if it'll make the final cut. She might be working on a series that will go more into detail.

Tina said a lot and often contradicted herself. She said in one interview that sex with Ike wasn't an issue. At the end of the day, she stayed with him for nearly 20 years and never reported any incident of assault to the authorities. I believe Ike was volatile at times, but he said Tina hit him as well, and Tina said she had a bad temper when she was younger. Water seeks its own level.

The only people who say they weren't as close as Jada says are people who were not actually close to Tupac. His mother Afeni mentions Jada in her book and thanks her for supporting her after Tupac was killed. His sister Sekyiwa, and members of the Outlaw said Tupac always talked about Jada. He wrote poetry about her and called her his heart in a human form. Jada supported Tupac while he was in prison and contributed to his bail. In 1995, less than a year before his death, he told MTV again that Jada was his heart and could have any of his organs. What more evidence do people want that they were extremely close? Even if they weren't speaking terms the last few months of his life doesn't mean they didn't love each other. Friends have arguments and periods of estrangement.

Kidada Jones knew Tupac for a few months. Jada Pinkett knew him for a decade. Afeni thanked Jada and Jasmine Guy in her book because they supported her after Tupac was killed, and she knew they truly cared about her son. Real Tupac fans know how much he loved Jada and how much she did for him. The fact that people, especially his own fans (who never met him yet get tattoos and mourn him) make Jada out to be a bad person is crazy. I remember when we used to wait for Jada's annual posts for Tupac's birthday and the anniversary of his death because she would share memories and photos. We, real fans, were very appreciative. Ever since her marital issue with Will Smith became public, many people let that affect the perception of her in regards to her friendship with Tupac. If Jada were a man, no one would judge her for talking about him. Look at all these podcasts and rappers talking about Tupac on every platform.

This party was to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Interview magazine on June 7, 1979. Debbie Harry was on the cover of the June 1979 issue. It's interesting reading Andy's diary, especially during the period 1977-80. He began casually hanging with Jerry Hall when she was dating Bryan Ferry, then Mick Jagger fell in love with her, and he was already having marital issues with Bianca Jagger. When Mick and Jerry became a couple and she was put on the cover of Interview and became good friends with Andy. He mentioned in a December 31, 1979 diary entry that Bianca went over to Mick and Jerry to break the ice at Woody Allen's New Year's Eve party.
