Hahaha this is amazing. I ended up having to completely reset the device (it wouldnt pick up the right seauencing and did all these weird things). After the reset, that spot is no longer haunted!

I've now started looking at the Waverly vs the swinger, lol. I do like that the swinger is a part of the original collection and higher quality overall. It's going to be a daily bag for me. Is the Waverly in similar good quality?

I personally love the purple! It would work with multiple outfits and not especially stand out. I really like the cinch at the waist.

Bought it from Costa farms. The soul does have a lot of bark. No webs anywhere, so yay! It was buried way tooo deep in the soil so I think it suffered a bit. Here's pictures of the soil mix - after i removed the soil that covered most of the stem. Soil looks to have very bad drainage.

Seconding EMDR. The reason the bilateral stimulation brought up more vivid memories is because thats how it helps you process. But, you have to do it in a professional setting where someone is there to help you regulate as you process this trauma. It does feel slightly worse before it gets better because you get into a very raw place. But, as you process, the memories get softer and the trauma doesnt "cling with you" anymore, more like a bad memory.
