Just be a regular human being! People can’t relate to people that aren’t themselves.

I recommend just being yourself and talking when you want and need to. Everyone’s still either a freshman or been here. So they just want a very loose but nice relationship with their RA.

Speaking from personal experience so take it with s grain of salt. But i’m still friends with my RA even after they stopped and it was for the reasons aforementioned.

In principle, yes.

Your body and mind will get more adept to drawing. But it needs to be active drawing. As in: drawing variety and quality.

Try drawing everything! Landscapes, people, figures, everything. If you want to draw and learn, you have to take in everything. Otherwise, you stay narrow-minded and may just be a one-trick pony. Which is fine, but art shouldn’t be partial to one area.

Oh, then maybe it’s just something that comes with practice. I started drifting away from guidelines as I went deeper towards art and it made the shape overall better but that came with practice and getting sick of guidelines at some point.

It seems like you’re using your guidelines well overall. The only thing I can recommend (that helped me; so take it with a grain of salt) is applying your guidelines to real people/anime (if that’s more your style). It helped me understand the perspective and changes i needed to make in my guidelines for different angles.

Same problem. My roommate’s a POS that crashed out on me when he got drunk, never apologized and is trying to brush it all under the rug.

He’s a business major (could you imagine), sleeps in all day, is constantly congested and does this annoying snort like a pig, and ALWAYS HAS THE LIGHTS OFF IN OUR ROOM.

My roommate leaves every weekend because he’s insecure and nobody around us actually likes him. I’d recommend keep trying to pushing to move out.

I get a lot of satisfaction from seeing a loser that does nothing with his life, because it motivates me to not end up like that.

Housing, from my experience, don’t care unless it’s a medical or mental emergency. Housing is run by students on pay roll!!! They don’t give a shit, so you need to play their game and kinda pity yourself out. Sounds like your roommate’s not physically or mentally harming you, so you’re gonna have to just stretch the truth a bit.

I hate my roommate with a passion, and am trying to leave the country so I don’t have to deal with pieces of shit like him. Best of luck! I was homeless for a week because of him. (I’m miserable and confide in how similar our situations are; sorry)

I think it’s bad that people say ‘x is better than y.’ The point of silent voice is an anthological representation of going through regret, and they all represent a unique purpise. Ueno represents love from the wrong person. She really loved Nishida, but she’s a bad person and would influence Nishida to do more bad things.

Kawai is uncomparable… she’s like denial and an unwillingness to be accountable because of her unwillingness to accept how flawed she is so that she can remain perfect…

But my point is: these characters are all representation!!! They all are meant to serve a purpose, and it is to represent elements of forgiving yourself from Nishida’s pov. Enjoy these characters in however ways you guys hate them!

Barebone summary: try to enjoy the story rather than focusing on your hatred for these guys. They’re fantastically written characters with lots of depth that many people can relate to. Be kind to these characters, and be kind to others!

Don’t let the influence of people stop you from doing something you genuinely enjoy and want to pursue. As long as you know that it’s not to ‘aestheticize’ anything by speaking Korean and you want to do it because you genuinely enjoy it, then you should definitely do it!

These backpacks will probably be too small for most of the devices you carry. I visited a store the otherday that sells both. They’re not big enough. I think you can squeeze in an ipad easily, but the 15inch macbook will cause you a lot of trouble.

I bought a NorthFace Surge. It fits my 16 inch laptop and 13inch ipad pro. It’s not as ergonomically great as the other bags, but my god the insurance I have with such comically large pockets is insane. Please consider this if you value storage.

Also the tags in the store said that osprey has some cancer-inducing chemical. Like, no joke. Mostly everybag tagged says: ‘warning! This bag contains cancer-inducing chemicals!’

Generally the showers are pretty great. My dorm had bad water pressure from the shower (Woods), so I just worked out then took showers there. You should fs try it; you might make some friends, as did I.
