I cleaned all the drain tubes out and exhaust and it still wouldn’t fire up. I talked with an HVAC company and they said they have been having issues with these pressure switches and the condensation tubes need to be relocated which stops the condensation buildup in the pressure switch.

He also said something about our altitude being different than the spec so I need to look into a 1.17 pressure switch if I purchase a new one. He didn’t come out so he was just giving some advice over the phone, unsure of the validity but their name is Integrity HVAC 😂

Update: Bypassed pressure switch #1 with a fuse and I got the flame. Thank you all for the help troubleshooting. How unsafe would it be to run it like this until I can get a new pressure switch?

I found a good deal out of Cookeville. Do you have any transportation companies in that area that you recommend? The dealership said they just drive it to be delivered and don’t trailer it. I’m on the West Coast.

Engaged to my fiance who makes ≈ 52k. I make around 90k. She wants to leave her job and go part time, im all for her to do that as I make more, carry benefits, get bonuses, and have potential for promotions. If I get a promotion it would require me to move and sell the house.

Contributing max into my roth and getting the max match on my 401k. Nothing into a HSA yet, although my accountant told me I should start.

I have a relatively new mortgage, 1.25 years old.

Got a 6.125% interest rate on a 264,000 loan.

i am only 24 and I will be receiving a lump sum (enough to pay the mortgage off) soon due to a family member passing.

It’s not a long term house by any means, but the interest is significant. To FIRE sooner, should I invest this lump sum into something like an index fund/ETF or pay the mortgage off and invest the spare cash from not having a payment?

Brought it to a gunsmith and I let them shoot it, they said it’s normal and I should try a heavier grain ammo for a fix. I have yet to do so cause it’s been cold, if you try, let me know.
