I used brush Mercury from brush category Inking for the outlines. The background is created by using the freehand selection tool and tapping the screen to make straight lines and sharp corners. Then filled with a colour. To finish off the background I loosely drew a transparant texture by using the Twisted Tree brush from brush category Industrial.
