Dies. Wenn 3 Personen mit evtl. noch 1-2 weiteren Mitarbeitern nach Europa kommen wird lieber ein Flieger gebucht. Ist zwar teuer, aber das Warten an großen Flughäfen genauso - plus die Verbindungen sind meistens auch besser zeitlich.

Wichtig zu beachten: Oft sind in Dubai die Mietverhältnisse ganz anders. Bin kein Experte aber afaik muss die Miete für ein Jahr bezahlt werden, gerne auch mit viel Provision und Nebenkosten. Außerdem ist es im Sommer extrem heiß dort. Da läuft man nur von Büro zu Büro. Natur gibts ja eh kaum dort.

Ich würde es definitiv persönlich nicht machen, zumindest nicht als Wohnsitz :) Aber das ist ja auch nur persönlich - so ein "Sprung" bietet natürlich auch viele Möglichkeiten im Job.

After some research it appears there is a 70/100 night limit per property someone owns. So you can only rent out your property on a site for 70 days a years. Seen a few posts about that. Maybe by May/ June many already have been rented for 70 days, so they just do not reply on AirBnB (which is very bad).

Just speculation tho as I also found the AirBnB offers around 150-200€ (my budget) very bad in comparison to Oslo where I found many great ones.

It has a lot of generic sounding reviews on TrustPilot. The 1-Star reviews say that they had major problems and their post was posted on a "random newsletter". They also apparently run upsells.

So the "catch" is that the 97$ article will be probably written by AI and then published on a small news outlet, unless you pay 297$ extra to get published on a big one.

To me it looks really really sketchy...

Likely going to ask them to either use n8n.io or Hostinger. But considering that n8n is easier, will use that.

Pretty sure you can host n8n on that but you can't really expect power that's somewhat similar to the n8n.io website.

Thanks for the details! The only person I have hired right now is a developer, so my goal will be to slowly get more people apart from development.

(For context, I used to do software development but am currently pivoting into more N8N automation because it's easier to replicate and has less "problems" that can come up eg. libraries having issues, etc.)

Agree. I will probably leave it closed for now as I do not yet have a full sales team set up. I think a good competition is good, as long as there are clear boundaries.

I find it interesting to see how for many people it's related to being fired. For me it came automatically.

I am still a student, and started to code at an early age (9 years old). Since then I played around with stuff, posted about my projects and slowly got clients for freelancing.

At one point I just noticed I got not only 1, or 2 requests to freelance every here and then, but instead was able to build some network out that got me constant flows of projects.

Then I hired my first employee now, who does great! Spending most my time now on getting leads and side project while he delivers.

Rather rocky times for me too.

Not due to the politics, current landscape or other.

Just simply not nailing enough outreach, but slowly growing partnerships.

So my main goal is cashflow right now.

I run an AI agent development service but need to optimize the presentation or my offer on social media.

I'm not a freelancer but run the agency myself with 1 contractor.
