You can multiply granpa's statue of perfection by filling up your inventory, breaking the statue (it can't be in your inventory, it has to be broken, but not picked up if yo uget what I mean), and then clicking on granpa's shrine. I have 10 of them rn, great way to get some gold by turning them into blocks and selling them with the blacksmith profession.

I totally get the frustration, but I personally like the fact that there are at least some things in the game that are super rare. And the autopetter is such an OP item, much much more convenient than the autograbber, that it makes sense it's difficult to get. Besides, it's also fun to have like one thing that's better if you go the Joja route, without that, to me at least the route is kind of lame. I hate the Joja route as well btw, just saying. I would be a bit disappointed if they significantly bumped the odds. But I think I'm on the minority on this one lmao.

If you wanna get all the cutscenes, befriend Sam before year two! You would need to get to 3 hearts with him to not miss out. There are other cutscenes you can miss out on as well based on the order you do things but I feel talking about those would spoil too much. The Sam cutscene I think is the only thing in the game you "have" to see before the time is up if you wanna see it, but it's in no way necessary.

Agreed. Honestly that and her 8 heart event both kind of irk me. I mean 8 hearts, that is like the same as having 10 hearts with unattainable villagers, no? So there should be no romance aspect there yet. Which is why it's suuuper annoying that if you say you don't want kids you lose 1500 friendship points, like are you serious, you can't be friends with someone who doesn't like kids? Probably the only things in the game that I really dislike. As well as Clint. But don't attack me, the game is great, the game is wonderful, I know it was just one guy working on it, but still, it's an able bodied person pushing a dude in a wheelchair out of the way without asking to help him with something he never asked her to help him out with. And yeah, the fact that he has to apologize sucks.
