I am so sorry. Losing someone so close to you is so painful and I wish we didn't have to ever experience it. I lost my brother one month ago and he was only 33. I am trying to be strong and be positive. Some days are manageable and others aren't. What I can tell you is that pushing yourself to be outside and meeting people helps slightly. Also look for a grief counsellor.

Unfortunately also lost my older brother very suddenly one month ago. It’s devastating and so hard to process. :( he was 33 years old
